A journey through structured creativity

What is a Days Challenge in Corporate Learning?

A days challenge in corporate learning is a structured, time-bound initiative designed to encourage behavioral change and skill development through daily tasks or activities. These challenges typically span a set number of consecutive days—such as 5, 10, or 30—and introduce a new micro-learning task each day. The goal is to reinforce key behaviors, improve engagement, and create a habit-building experience that supports organizational change and personal growth.

Days challenges are often delivered through internal communication platforms, enabling employees to participate, share insights, and track their progress in a collaborative environment. This approach makes learning dynamic, engaging, and easily integrated into daily work routines.

Case Study: Implementing a 10-Days Challenge for Change Management

As part of a broader change management initiative, a multinational company sought to promote agility and simplicity among its leadership team. To support this goal, the company introduced a 10-Days Challenge, a structured program designed to help leaders adopt small but impactful habits aligned with the organization's transformation efforts.

The challenge was delivered through the company's internal communication platform, where a new challenge was shared each day for ten consecutive days. Each challenge focused on a specific behavior or mindset shift essential for driving agility and simplifying work processes. To maximize engagement and visibility, the initiative was personally introduced by the company’s CEO, reinforcing leadership commitment to the change process.

As the instructional designer for this project, I developed a set of engaging and actionable challenge cards tailored to the company’s objectives. These included strategies such as time management techniques, prioritization frameworks, and productivity accelerators that could be easily implemented in daily workflows. By structuring the challenge in an interactive and accessible format, the initiative successfully fostered a culture of continuous improvement and empowered leaders to embrace new ways of working.

This PDF document contains a structured set of challenge cards designed for a 10-Days Challenge implemented as part of a corporate change management initiative.

Each daily challenge provides a clear, actionable task that encourages reflection, skill development, and behavioral change. The content was designed to be engaging, easy to integrate into daily work routines, and adaptable across different leadership styles.
